A traditional Cantonese casserole filled with seafood and barbecued meat to share among families and friends. Often served during religious rituals, festivals and special occasions in villages.
 
Contains: Abalone, braised marrow rings stuffed with whole conpoy, poached chicken, roasted goose, stewed pork belly, pan-fried shrimp in tomato sauce, squid, poached pork rind, shiitake mushroom, turnip, fried bean curd sheet, and Chinese cabbage.
